第二次來入住了，一如既往的好，早餐正對著白沙灘，風景優美，早餐豐富。房間也很大，前面就是游泳池，值得推薦入住。

被安排了一間又小又黑的房間，進去就看見七八衹蚊子在飛，待了十分鐘被蚊子咬的到處是包。後面換房間了到是沒有蚊子。設施就是一二十年前的裝修，房間甚至沒有吹風機，需要打電話到前台借！續住的房間紙巾和咖啡包也不放！入住時和前台溝通，退房時他們聯繫車送到機場，1000P一個人，到了離店前一晚，前台一個像領班的女的突然説要1500一個人。而且態度極度差！見到白皮黑皮倒是笑臉相迎。後來自己聯繫的正規接送公司，680P一個人！提前一週多訂成750一晚，退了房發現今天衹要300。退房酒店查房用了20分鐘！辦完退房不給出門標簽（我們不知道需要這個才能出酒店）到了門口保安讓我們找前台拿。每一句都真實，朋友們不要去！

The staff appeared to be inadequately trained, as there were significant misunderstandings during both check-in and the Christmas dinner. When I attempted to make a reservation for the Christmas dinner, a staff member named Julie Ann informed me there was no reservation, she said it was first come first serve, which caused a major issue on what was supposed to be a special occasion. Additionally, during the dinner itself, the restaurant staff were unhelpful, further exacerbating the situation. Unfortunately, this lack of support turned what should have been a peaceful and memorable Christmas night into a stressful experience. Below there are pictures of reserved tables,why couldn't I reserve?

Отель расположен очень удачно на 3 станции. Рядом продают фрукты и прочие продукты. Сама территория отеля покрыта большим обилием зелени , имеется несколько бассейнов, выход напрямую на пляж с лежаками для гостей отеля. Что касается завтраков: выбор очень разнообразный, фрукты в основном желтые и красные арбузы и микс фруктов. Ежедневная уборка номера. Разные категории номеров, лучше выбирать подороже, если позволяет бюждет. В целом отель рекомендую. Соотношение цена качество хорошее.

В целом отелю можно было бы поставить 5 из 5, но есть один недостаток, очень хорошая слышимость, а когда на выходные в корпус заезжает очень много гостей, то слышно что происходит через 3 номера. В наш визит 2 ночи в выходные просто не спали - было всё от криков до драк на протяжении 2-х ночей. В остальном всё превосходно, шикарная зеленая территория, 2 прекрасных бассейна, оба работают до 10 часов вечера (один с баром, который так же работает до 10 вечера и горками для детей и взрослых). Очень заботливый персонал, всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Расположен между 3 и 2 станциями, рядом отличный бар-ресторан Joe’s слева от выхода к пляжу. До D’Mall 10-15 минут по пляжу. Однозначно рекомендую как идеальный отель по цене/качеству, но берите номера в виллах.

A big hotel in the center of Boracay. It has many different buildings, some of them are more outdated than the others, so check the photos where you want to stay first. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is good too.

Good Breakfast Buffet. Nice Swimming pool. Towel renting for free and u can also use them at the beach. Beach is accessable from the Resort itself.

A very Beautiful resort with 2 sizeable swimming pools, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and a short walk to the beach. Nearly perfect. I wish I was aware of the room layout because I really hated the fact that I open my curtain and there’s another apartment, yet it says garden view. If you want a better , more convenient room don’t book stay at the east wing, rather pay a little extra. It’s also not hotel style where you get a robe and slippers, however you do get a fully stacked fridge where the drinks are pricey. The staff was the best part of the hotel honestly , they helped with everything so nicely. Except the place where we booked the tours we were always delayed and the program wasn’t organized properly, so much that we had to do a tour on our final day and we even missed our flight due to a 15 minute activity that ran over 2 hours and a half hours. The transfer was smooth though

The hotel is located at staion 3 right at beach front. We had an early check-in at 12:30, which was great that we had rest early. Location - It is a beach front hotel at station 3. It's accessible to nearby restaurants, bar, and souvenir shops. Great location, which is not too crowded. Room - the room has a nice interior with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable with three pillows in each bed. It has a TV, refrigerator and mini bar. The bathroom is clean and spacious. It also has a bathtub.. Food - The food is great, we had our lunch in their restaurant nearby the pool however it's a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet has a good option from Filipino food choices and continental varieties. Overall , Paradise Garden boracay is highly recommended. Staff were all friendly and polite, and they were all helpful. The food was great , great service and the location was strategic. Definitely will come back again.
